School holidays have been and gone and we are back into the swing of things (supposedly)  Only thing is my swing feels very disorganised how about yours?

But we just keep going I suppose. That's why this in this issue of Optimum Life I feel is it is highly appropriate for me to follow on from last weeks feature article "The changing role of women" with this issues feature article on Time Management.  The truth of the matter is I write these articles because I'm on the journey along with you so I hope just as I have, you will benefit from the resources I have been able to come up with.

I would love to hear your thoughts and comments on any of the Optimum Life E-Zine content as well as any suggestions of topics you would like to see covered in future issues so please feel free to email me on lee@modernmums.com.au I would love to hear from you.

Finally I would like to wish you all a very Happy Mother's Day.  I hope you are thouroughly spoilt just as your deserve to be.  I love mother's day not just for the presents but for the honoring of our achievements as mothers it is nice to know that what you do is held in such high regard.

Wishing you success and happiness
