We are so confident that or products will leave you and your family Looking and Feeling Great that we are prepared on your first purchase to cover all of the expences including postage costs both ways if you wish to return your item(s)..

*Other online stores do not include the original and return postage costs in their money back guarantee. They will refund you 100% of the purchase price of the product however your postage will not be refunded and it is also your responsibilty to cover the return postage costs.

At The Boutique Warehouse we are aware that as convenient as online shopping is it has some inherent down falls such as not being able to try on, touch or feel the products before you buy.. For this reason we offer our initial try on at home service so that you can get a feel for our products, brands and sizes completely risk free.

You get to try it on see how it fits and if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we will refund you all of the expences of the purchase.

On subsequent purchases we will provide a reply paid address for the return of any items (at no expense to you) however the purchase price only will be refunded excluding the original postage costs.

Exchanges:

All costs will be covered by The Boutique Warehouse in the case of an exchange for wrong sizing. There will be no extra costs to the you.

FOR ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

Please contact us on 1300 880 386 between 9.30am and 5.30pm (weekdays) so that we can provide you with the reply paid address and please be sure to include the provided return item form when posting back your order.

Let us know if you wish to exchange your item. This will enable us to reserve the item you wish to exchange for. If you wish to exchange for a product of a different style to the initial purchased item we will check availability and calculate any price differences.  Return delivery charges will also be FREE on all exchanges.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
We are vigilant with our quality control at The Boutique Warehouse however if for any reason your product has been received and is faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately on1300 880 386 and we will arrange for free return postage of the item to us.  On receipt of the faulty product we will offer either a full refund of the purchase price and all costs or post out free of charge a replacement item of your choice to the value of the original purchase.

It is recommended that if a replacement order is required that you call us immediately 1300 880386 to reserve your replacement item this will allow us to advise you of stock availability and avoid disappointment.

*Items to be exchanged must be equal to or greater than the value of the original purchase.  Items of greater value will be invoiced with the price difference to be paid for by the customer.   If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value please call us on 1300 880 386 to discuss possible options.
